Taliban says it doesn't allow TTP to attack Pakistan from Kabul — but what're they doing about it?

Kabul's Taliban spokesperson Zabihullah Mujahid tells Al Arabiya English that the organization doesn't "allow" the Tehrik-e Taliban Pakistan (TTP) to launch attacks on Pakistan from Afghanistan — but what are they actually doing about it?

There’s a big difference between saying you “do not allow” TTP in Afghanistan and actually doing something about it. I can say I don’t allow bugs in my house, but if I don’t squash them when they appear, is it really true?
